First, the game must decide that a sacrifice room will spawn that floor. Depending on the dice roll on the floor there is different effects. If you're having an amazing run and find a dice room that you don't know the effet of, i'd be careful, it may shuffle you to worse items. If i'm checking dice rooms, i'm pretty much exclusively looking for a 5 room. 5 is always helpful unless you're trying to play fast (in which case you're probably not checking dice rooms), vs all the others being either highly situational or just straight up bad.
