How Thriller Bark Arc Influenced One Piece's Art Style

It had humour and fun art but also a great deal of character inspection. The characters looked shiny, their faces felt rounder (especially sanji), nami and robin had more detailed eyes and the animation seemed a lot better. The thriller bark arc's color palette included dark tones, but it retained a fun tone by implementing comedy and goofy art styles. Ever since the thriller bark arc, when that bartholomew kuma guy from the shichibukai arrived; The animation style changed. All the characters are drawn with such poor quality, and its been driving me insane.
