During phase 1, beginning in june 2025, icollege banner courses created in fall 2019 or earlier will be deleted by usg, with plans to conduct subsequent course deletions periodically of any courses that are more than 5 years old. Usg requires it to be used. It's that simple why gsu uses it. Theoretically gsu could choose to use something else, but we'd have to justify it hard to usg and most lms are very similar in function. I have had so many professors do everything in their power to avoid using icollege and i don't understand it.
