Is Your DPS Scheduler Working As Hard As It Could Be?

I tried signing up for an appointment through the online scheduler, but the options for driver license services and road skills tests are all grayed out. Do i just select the i am required to take a road test button to schedule?? I am aware of the repl. it video on the wiki and the steps are no longer working.
