I don't remember all the items, but i got pretty lucky by getting two small rooms in the womb with spiked floor, two item pedestals, and a reroll machine. It was the sickest combo i've ever had. Wish i remembered all the items tho. Has anyone gotten some insanely strong item combinations so far?
