*mycourses Ggc* Just Got A HUGE Upgrade – Are You Ready?

The mycourses (brightspace by d2l) content experience is undergoing a redesign to improve navigation, usability and overall user experience. Currently, georgia gwinnett colleges vendor, d2l, is focusing development efforts on the new content experience (nce) and not on the classic content tool. Need to learn more about mycourses, zoom, accessibility, or classroom technology?

Faculty must take action to archive mycourses content and data before june 16. As such, this data should be managed as described in apm 10. 9 student education records management and ferpa policy. Perform a system check before you log in. Students should review the student guide prior to getting started.

Faculty may review mycourses central for learning more about mycourses and its integrated tools and view a calendar of workshops. You can provide easy access to course readings and other library content by including a persistent, stable link (permalink, or deep link) to the full text of a specific article or item in the kaufman library databases on your syllabus or your course page that will work on or off campus. The policy states that courses generated by grizzly den within banner will be deleted from mycourses five years following the end of the semester in which the course was taught. For example, a course taught in fall 2020 may be permanently and irreversibly removed at the end of december 2025.
