Dec 31, 2024 · just wanted to talk about my life and how it sudden. Was feeling a bit under the weather physically, so i sat in bed and recorded this to pass the time a bit. People smile in response by instinct, smiling increases seritonin, and that increase can be the difference for someone who is contemplating suicide. It could save a life.

A year ago my life changed forever ‍ y’all. I can’t believe how fast a year has flown by. A year ago i woke up with major pains at around 3:00am on december 18, 2023.
