I have been preparing for the ap physics c: Mechanics exam by myself for about 3 months now (there are no teachers in my city, lol), and the only resources i have are a book from barron's,. I would highly recommend watching flipping physics, going through the content of the course and exam description (ced), and most importantly, doing a lot of past frqs. Mechanics exam will test your understanding of the scientific concepts covered in the course units, as well as your ability to use calculus when solving problems.
