High school on august 14 for the professional educator induction program (peip) to network and learn classroom management, curriculum technology and more! The office of professional learning and leadership is organized around three core services:

Retention, support and succession and five collaborative work strands: Innovation, teacher leadership development, school leadership development, mentoring, coaching & induction, and technical assistance. These grants fund essential programs, like providing multilingual learners with targeted language instruction, equipping educators with specialized training and modernizing the. Pgcps is seeking dynamic educators from across the nation who believe all children can achieve greatness. We are looking for talented educators who are committed, focused on making a difference, and hold (or are eligible) for a teacher certificate issued by the maryland state department of education. Our 2025 scholarship opportunities are provided in partnership with walden university to offer significant scholarship opportunities to pgcps staff to expand access for professional learning, leadership, and continuing education opportunities.
