I usually log in with the fingerprint but even the manual log in is greyed out. Dasherdirect is powered by our partners at payfare and issued by stride bank. Looks like dasher direct and door dash emails are the same and linked, from what i can tell(and the support agent that i was talking with) my email hasnt been changed but i still cant log in. I tried resetting my password and it says to check my email for the verification code.
