Septa will now have the ability to automatically generate parking. Most street parking in center city should simply be eliminated. Driving around in circles is a huge waste of time and a major cause of traffic/gridlock. Parking should be replaced with short term loading zones and/or additional travel lanes (some for bus/bike, some for cars).
